David uses cognitive behavioural techniques that target thought cycles that maintain anxiety and addiction and he works to enhance his clients' support networks, facilitating positive lifestyle changes.
David grew up in Surrey and studied Languages at Goldsmiths. He later worked at the NHS Leeds Addiction Unit where he received his professional qualification. Dave has a broad range of interests, including gardening, mechanics and carpentry and actively working with self-help groups.
